Prevention of COVID-19
We always pay special attention to hygiene and cleanliness at all levels. In these difficult times, we have further intensified our hygiene procedures and paid maximum attention to every detail.
Our disinfection procedures include regular and complete disinfection of bathrooms including disinfection of walls, floors, and all equipment, as well as all equipment in apartments, furniture, floors, doors, windows, railings, handles, etc.
We always provide a safe, clean, and pleasant environment.
We respect the maximum personal hygiene regulations and we also publish and recommend to our guests the related information.
We are constantly available to our guests and provide maximum support if necessary.
Check-in and Check-out, general terms

1. Check-in time is from 2 PM to 8 PM. Based on availability and by agreement with the management this time interval might be changed.
Please inform Green Stone Apartments management in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly at the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Your host will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and arrange the check-in formalities.
At check-in, all guests must present their ID or passport in order to complete the registration formalities in accordance with Hungarian law.
This means that we register the guests' names, addresses, dates, and places of birth, and the identification number of the documents in the official guest booklet at the accommodation.
In parallel with the current procedure, in accordance with the legislation in force *, the personal data of all guests using accommodation services in Hungary after 1 September 2021, as defined by law, must be recorded in the accommodation provider's PMS software on arrival, the data recorded is submitted it to the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA).
Data to be recorded: surname and first name, birth surname and first name, place of birth, date of birth, guest's sex, nationality, mother's birth surname and first name (if included in the identification document), identity or travel document identification, visa for third-country national or residence permit number, date and place of entry.
In order to record the data, the guest using the accommodation service must present a personally identifiable identity card or travel document (passport) to the accommodation provider. In the absence of the presentation of the document, the accommodation provider shall refuse the accommodation service. Based on the authorization of the legislation, the accommodation provider is entitled to request the guest's identity document, and the guest is obliged to present it.
The above provision also applies to children under 18 years of age!

To ensure the complete housekeeping procedures, in order to be accommodated in the best conditions, and to be able to accommodate the next guest as well in the same manner, we thank you for respecting the check-in and check-out time.
3. The guest acknowledges the joint responsibility for all services offered until full invoice settlement.
4. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms and facilities caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.
5. Green Stone Apartments Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery, or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms, or in any open area on the property.
6. Regardless of charge instructions, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred during my stay.
7. I acknowledge that I am perfectly aware and informed about the offered accommodation, its facilities, and included services I looked at this property, and I don't have the right to claim any other services or facilities not advertised.

Housekeeping

Regular housekeeping is provided only between check-out and check-in.
During short stays, housekeeping is provided only by request and in particular situations.
During a 7-day stay or longer, housekeeping and linen change is provided by agreement with the guest and only in the guest's presence.
In any case, housekeeping is provided free of charge.
Prices and Promotions

All prices and promotions are clearly displayed on the website, and the management has the right to apply changes without any further notification.
Our website’s main currency is HUF. We accept payments in HUF or EURO and the Hungarian National Bank daily currency exchange will be applied. Important note: our website's currency conversion is informative only.
Other rights and obligations
Rights and obligations of the guest.
The guest/s has/have the right to use the booked accommodations with all its equipment and its related garden at his/her/their convenience, considering that the garden and its facilities (hammock max 90 kg, sunbeds max 90 kg, BBQ, fireplace, garden shower) are shared between Green Stone Apartment 1 and 2.
The guest has, the right to use the parking plot free of charge and they have the obligation to park their cars in such a manner that parking is possible also for the other guests.
The guest/s has the obligation to protect the integrity of all goods and to use them as their default destination.
Important Safety Rules
Fire risk
Do not leave ON the air conditioner on while you are not at the property.
Do not leave ON the TV, electric kettle, coffee maker, induction plate, terrace light, balcony light, or other electrical appliances while you are not at the property or during the night.
Do not leave plugged and unsupervised while you are not at the property any electronic devices like Smartphones, battery chargers, hairdryers, hair straighteners, laptops, tablets, photo cameras, and similar.
For smoking use only designated areas and do not leave any lighted cigarettes unsupervised.
Do not make BBQ (grill), do not cook with an open fire, with a private camping gas cooker, under the extended roof of the terrace, on the terraces or on the balcony.
Protection of the property and personal items
Always lock your apartment and the gate with the keys provided, when you leave the property and during the night.
Do not leave any valuable goods on the terrace, balcony, or in the yard while you are not on the property or during the night.
Do not throw any objects in the toilet. Only toilet paper is allowed.
Children
Do not leave any little children unsupervised on the stairs, terraces or balcony.
Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons and health (allergies).
Parties are not allowed. In the case of groups, behaviour, or manifestation that would disturb the other guests, guests in neighbouring accommodations, and those living in the neighbourhood are not allowed.
Starting with 10 PM only discreet conversations and behaviour are possible, thus respecting other guests, guests in the neighbouring accommodation, and those living in the neighbourhood.
We always welcome our guests in person and present the accommodation and its amenities in detail, thus increasing the feeling of comfort and making it easier for our guests to quickly accommodate themselves in the new environment.
We don’t ask for a safety deposit! At check-in time, we will provide written information regarding the entire usage policy of the accommodation, which includes the measures designed to maintain the safety of our guests, the safety of the property and its amenities.
After informing and accepting the usage policy, the guest making the reservation declares and signs that:
Has acknowledged and agrees to the terms of use, sharing that information with all members of the family or group.
During the stay, assumes responsibility for the careful handling of all equipment and amenities in the property, and informs the owner in case of damage or loss.
Shall also be liable for any damage and compensation for any damage caused by any member of the family or group or by persons present on the spot.
It also accepts liability for any damages and compensation for any damage resulting from conduct (including failure to check out or failure to comply with the deadline) which makes it impossible to receive or accommodate upcoming guests.
Rights and obligations of Green Stone Apartments Management
Green Stone Apartments Management has the right to refuse or cancel any reservation made by persons who are using personal data not corresponding to the reality or any reservations made by underaged persons.
In any circumstances, underaged persons cannot be accommodated without the supervision of an adult person.
In case of any behavioural misconduct, or in case of breaking the safety rules and present regulations, Green Stone Apartments Management has the right to terminate any related reservation without any refund, and if necessary to report the situation to the local authorities.
Green Stone Apartments Management has the obligation to ensure all the services are as advertised.
In case of overbooking, or if for any reason the booked accommodation and services cannot be honoured, Green Stone Apartments Management has the obligation to ensure another alternative accommodation at the same price and conditions.
Payments and Cancelation Policy

Reservation fee and Deposit, Payment methods.
At reservation time in some cases, a deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
The deposit payment must be done by bank transfer within the following 3 business days after the booking confirmation is done.
The bank account details are communicated at the booking moment and in the booking confirmation e-mail.
After we receive your booking details we will send you by e-mail a copy of the deposit invoice, containing all the details and the due date.
After the transfer is done we require you to confirm your payment by sending an email to [email protected].
The full balance is due at arrival time and must be paid in cash in HUF or EURO. The Hungarian National Bank's daily currency exchange will be applied. At arrival time you will receive the deposit invoice and the final balance invoice in original.
Other payment methods are valid for deposit and full balance: Revoult, PayPal.
Important notice: Green Stone Apartments always provides a legal invoice for all payments!
Special situations
In case of special rates or promotions, other rules may be applied. These special rules always are visible during the booking process.

Tourist Tax
In normal conditions, the reservation fee doesn’t include the "Tourist Tax". At check-in time an additional amount of 590 HUF (approx. 1.60 EURO) / adult/night will be charged. The "Tourist Tax" will be mentioned on the final invoice.
Cancellation and modification policy
Cancellations and modifications can be done by request. A request can be submitted from the “My Bookings” menu, using your pin number or booking confirmation number.
Standard Rate, Off-Season Rate, or any other refundable rates:
When a 30% deposit is required, the free cancellation period is 3 days before arrival.
If the booking is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show, the 30 % deposit will not be refunded.
In the case of a particular promotion, the free cancellation period can be 14 or 7 days before arrival. In that case, if the booking is cancelled less than 14 or 7 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show, the 30 % deposit will not be refunded.
None refundable rates:
If you cancel your booking at any time or in case of the event of no-show, the 30 % deposit will not be refunded.
General Information

In case of any emergency, call the emergency numbers that are clearly listed in the accommodation rooms. These are Ambulances, local medical assistance, police, and firefighters.
In case your purpose of stay is a vacation and you are interested to enjoy also the last day at Hungarospa, after check-out you are welcome to keep your cars in our parking, based on availability.
Please be informed that during your stay other guests may check in or check out.
Between check-in and check-out time, we will prepare the apartment/s for the next guest/s.
After check-out, the housekeeping process will start and this will imply also vacuum cleaning.
We apologise in advance for any possible inconvenience.
Please be informed that during your stay for cleaning and maintenance purposes, Green Stone Apartments personnel, from time to time will check the garden, and trash bins, maintain the grass, arrange or protect from rain the garden facilities, provide firewood if necessary, etc.
Guest illness, death:
In the event of a guest's illness during the period of use of the accommodation and service, and if the management is aware of this, the management will help to get medical assistance to the guest. If the doctor establishes an infectious disease, the management is entitled to refuse further service.
Any additional costs incurred due to early departure shall be borne by the guest.
In the event of the illness or death of the guest, the management claims reimbursement from the patient or his relatives, the heir of the deceased, the medical costs possibly paid by the management, the cost of services used prior to death, and any damage to the property.
The management considers the death of the guest as a departure prior to the expiration of the contract period and in this case, is not able to reimburse the legal heir or heirs for the remainder of the contract period.
Confidentiality:
The management shall comply with the Hungarian CXII of 2011 law, in the performance of its contractual obligations, the right to self-determination and freedom of information, act in accordance with the applicable law and applicable data protection laws - and if the guest has notified the service provider - in accordance with its relevant internal rules.
Privacy during the stay:
During your stay, you have full privacy in your accommodation, and none of the Green Stone Apartments personnel will enter the accommodation, while you are inside or away.
In the case of housekeeping procedures, their procedures will be done as by agreement and only in the guest's presence.
In case of Force Major ( fire, leaking, authorities request, electricity provider personnel or any similar), the Green Stone Apartments management has the right to use the master keys and enter the location to minimize the possible risks, and losses, eliminate the problematic source, or to let the specific authority personnel exercise their duties.
Force major:
In case of special circumstances (eg. war, fire, flood, weather, power failure, strike, etc.) over which neither the service provider nor the guest or the contractor has control - force major - any party is exempted from their obligations under the contract until such a cause or circumstance exists. The Contracting Parties agree that they shall use their best endeavours to minimize the occurrence of such causes and circumstances and to remedy the resulting damage or delay as soon as possible.
Complaints:
The guest can make a complaint regarding his observations at any time, verbally addressing directly to Green Stone Apartments personnel or writing a form by e-mail at [email protected]
The law applicable to the legal relationship between the Contracting Parties and the court seised:
The legal relationship between the contracted parties is regulated by Act IV of 1959 on the Civil Code of the Republic of Hungary Act - Ptk.
For the conduct of litigation related to the dispute related to the present terms of use, the Contracting Parties shall conclude the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hajdúszoboszló City Court under the jurisdiction of the Court of Justice, and, in the absence of such competence, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hajdu-Bihar County Court.

A fertőtlenítési eljárásaink magában foglalják a fürdőszobák rendszeres és teljes fertőtlenítését beleértve a falak, padló és a teljes berendezés, továbbá az apartmanok összes berendezései, bútorok, padló, ajtók, ablakok, korlátok, kilincsek fertőtlenítése stb.
Maximálisan betartjuk a személyes higiéniai előírásokat és az ezzel kapcsolatos információkat is a vendégeink számára közzétesszük és javasoljuk ezek betartását
Folyamatosan a vendégeink rendelkezésére állunk és szükség esetén maximális támogatást nyújtunk.
Bejelentkezés és kijelentkezés, általános feltételek

1. A bejelentkezési idő 14:00 és 20:00 óra között van. A rendelkezésre állás alapján és a vezetőséggel egyetértésben ez az időintervallum megváltozhat.
Kérjük, érkezésének várható idejéről előzetesen tájékoztassa a Green Stone Apartments vezetőséget. A foglaláskor a Speciális Kérések mezőt használhatja, vagy közvetlenül kapcsolatba léphet a szálláshellyel a visszaigazolásban megadott elérhetőségeken.
A házigazda a szálláshelyen fogadja a vendéget, átadja a kulcsokat és rendezi a bejelentkezéssel kapcsolatos formaságokat.
A bejelentkezéskor minden vendégnek fel kell mutatnia a személyi igazolványát vagy útlevélét, hogy a magyar jogszabályok szerint elvégezzük a regisztrációs formaságokat.
Ez azt jelenti, hogy a szálláshelyen a hivatalos vendégnyilvántartó füzetben regisztráljuk a vendégek neveit, lakcímeit, születési időt és helyet, az okmányok azonosítószámát.
Továbbá ezzel párhuzamosan a hatályos jogszabályok* értelmében, a 2021. szeptember 1-jét követően Magyarországon szálláshely-szolgáltatást igénybe vevő minden vendég törvényben meghatározott személyes adatait a szálláshely-szolgáltató érkeztetéskor, okmányolvasón keresztül, a szálláshelykezelő szoftverében rögzíteni, majd egy tárhelyre, a Vendég Információs Zárt Adatbázisba (VIZA) továbbítani köteles.
A rögzítendő adatok: családi és utónév, születési családi és utónév, születés helye, születés ideje, vendég neme, állampolgárság, anyja születési családi és utóneve (ha az azonosító dokumentum tartalmazza), személyazonosító vagy úti okmány azonosító adatai, harmadik országbeli állampolgár esetében a vízum vagy tartózkodási engedély száma, a beutazás időpontja és helye.
Az adatok rögzítéséhez a szálláshely-szolgáltatást igénybe vevő vendég az azonosításra alkalmas személyi igazolványát, vezetői engedélyét vagy úti okmányát a szálláshely-szolgáltatónak be kell mutatnia. Az okmány bemutatásának hiányában a szálláshely-szolgáltató a szálláshely-szolgáltatást megtagadja. Jogszabály felhatalmazása alapján a szálláshely-szolgáltató jogosult elkérni a vendég személyazonosító okmányát, a vendég pedig köteles azt bemutatni.
A fenti rendelkezés a 18 év alatti gyermekekre is érvényes!

A teljes takarítási eljárás biztosítása érdekében, ahhoz hogy a lehető legjobb körülmények között tudjuk elszállásolni, és hogy a következő vendéget is ugyanolyan körülmények között tudjuk fogadni, köszönjük hogy tiszteletben tartja a bejelentkezési és kijelentkezési időt.
3. A vendég elismeri az egyetemleges felelősséget az összes szolgáltatásért, a számlák teljes teljesítéséig.
4. A vendégek felelősek helyiségekért és létesítményekért, és azokért a károkért amelyeket önmaguk, barátok vagy bármelyikük hozzátartozójuk okozott.
5. A Green Stone Apartments vezetősége nem vállal felelősséget a személyes tárgyaiért és értéktárgyaiért, mint például pénz, az ékszerek vagy az egyéb értéktárgyak, amelyeket a vendégek a szobákban vagy a szálláshely bármely nyitott területén hagynak.
6. A vendég tudomásul veszi, hogy személyesen felelős és köteles a tartózkodása során felmerült összes díj és esetleges károk megfizetéséért.
7. A vendég tudomásul veszi, hogy tökéletesen tisztában van és tudomást szerzett a kínált szállásról, annak létesítményeiről és szolgáltatásairól melyeket e szálláshelyen foglalt, és nincs joga más, nem hirdetett szolgáltatásokat igényelni.

Rendszeres takarítás csak a kijelentkezés és a bejelentkezés között történik.
Rövid tartózkodás esetén a takarítást csak kérésre és különleges helyzetekben lehetséges.
7 napos vagy hosszabb tartózkodás alatt a takarítás és az ágynemű cseréje a vendéggel kötött megállapodás szerint és csak a vendég jelenlétében történik.
A takarítás minden esetben ingyenes.
Árak és akciók

Minden ár és promóció egyértelműen megjelenik a weboldalon, és a vezetöségnek jogában áll a változtatásokat előzetes értesítés nélkül alkalmazni.
Weboldalunk fő pénzneme a magyar forint. Elfogadjuk a forintban vagy euróban történő fizetést, és a Magyar Nemzeti Bank napi devizaárfolyamát alkalmazzuk. Fontos megjegyzés: weboldalunk pénznemváltása csak tájékoztató jellegű.
Egyéb jogok és kötelezettségek
A vendég jogai és kötelezettségei.
A vendégnek joga van a lefoglalt szálláshelyek használatához minden felszerelésével és a kapcsolódó udvarral, figyelembe véve, hogy az udvar és annak létesítményei (függőágy max. 90 kg, napozóágyak max. 90 kg, BBQ) tüzhely, kerti zuhanyzó) a Green Stone 1-es és 2-es apartman között oszlik meg.
A vendégnek joga van ingyenesen használni a parkolót, és kötelessége, hogy autójukat úgy helyezze el, hogy a többi vendég számára is parkolási lehetőség álljon rendelkezésre.
A vendég (ek) kötelessége, hogy megvédje az összes javak integritását, és az alapértelmezett rendeltetési hely szerint használja őket.
Fontos biztonsági szabályok
Tűzveszély
Ne hagyja működésben a légkondicionálót, ha nem tartózkodik a szálláshelyen.
Ne hagyja a TV-t, elektromos vízforralót, kávéfőzőt, indukciós lemezt, a bélvilágítást, terasz és erkélyvilágítást vagy más elektromos berendezést, amíg nem tartózkodik a szálláshelyen vagy az éjszaka folyamán.
Ne hagyja a elektronikus készülékeket csatlakoztatva és felügyelet nélkül, például okos telefonokon, akkumulátor töltőkön, hajszárítók, hajvasalók, laptopok, táblagépek, fényképezőgépek és hasonló, a távollét idején.
A dohányzáshoz csak kijelölt területeket használjon, és ne hagyja felügyelet nélkül a megvilágított cigarettákat.
Ne készítsen grillt, ne főzzön nyílt tűzzel, saját kempinggáztűzhellyel, a terasz kiterjesztett tetője alatt, a teraszon vagy az erkélyen.
Az ingatlan és a személyes javak védelme
Távozáskor és az éjszaka ideje alatt mindig zárja be a lakását és a kaput a rendelkezésre bocsájtott kulcsokkal.
Ne hagyjon értékes tárgyakat a teraszon, az erkélyen vagy az udvarban a távollét idején vagy az éjszaka alatt.
Ne dobjon semmilyen tárgyat a WC-be. Csak WC-papír használható.
Gyermekek
Ne hagyja a kisgyermekeket felügyelet nélkül a lépcsőn, a teraszon vagy az erkélyen.
Háziállatok higiéniai és egészségügyi (allergia) okok miatt nem engedélyezettek.
Nem engedélyezettek a partik, vagy csoportok esetén olyan fajta magatartás, megnyilvánulás, amely a többi vendéget, a szomszédos szálláshelyeken található vendégeket és a környéken lakókat zavarná.
22:00 óra kezdetével csak diszkrét és kulturált társalgás, magatartás lehetséges, ezáltal tiszteletben tartva a többi vendéget, a szomszédos szálláshelyeken található vendégeket és a környéken lakókat.
Mindig személyesen fogadjuk a vendégeinket és részletesen bemutatjuk a szállást és annak tartozékait, felszerelését, ezzel növelve a komfortérzetet és könnyítve azt hogy a vendégeink gyorsan feltalálhassák magukat az új környezetben.
Nem kérünk kauciót! Bejelentkezéskor, írásos felvilágosítást adunk a szállás teljes használati szabályzattal kapcsolatosan mely tartalmazza azon intézkedéseket melyek arra hivatottak hogy megőrizzük vendégeink biztonságát, az ingatlan és a benne található javak biztonságát.
A felvilágosítást és ennek elfogadását követően a foglalást elvégző vendég nyilatkozza és aláírja hogy:
Tudomásul vette és egyetért a használati szabályokkal, azon információkat a család vagy a csoport összes tagjaival megosztja.
A tartózkodás során vállalja a felelősséget, hogy gondosan kezelve lesz az ingatlan összes berendezése, és kár vagy veszteség esetén tájékoztatja a tulajdonost.
Továbbá vállalja a felelősséget minden olyan esetleges kárért és annak ellenértéke megtérítését, amelyet a család vagy a csoport egyes tagjai vagy azon személyek okoztak akik a helyszínen tartózkodtak.

A Green Stone Apartments vezetőség jogai és kötelezettségei
A Green Stone Apartments vezetőségének joga van megtagadni vagy visszavonni a valóságnak nem megfelelő személyes adatokat használó személyek által leadott foglalásokat, vagy a kiskorúak által tett fenntartásokat.
A kiskorú személyeket semmilyen körülmények között nem lehet felnőtt személy felügyelete nélkül elszállásolni.
Rendellenes viselkedési, magatartás esetén, vagy a biztonsági szabályok és a jelenlegi szabályok megsértése esetén a Green Stone Apartments vezetőségének jogában áll visszavonás nélkül felmondani a kapcsolódó foglalásokat, és szükség esetén jelenteni a helyzetet a helyi hatóságoknak.
A Green Stone Apartments vezetőségének köteles biztosítani a hirdetett szolgáltatásokat.
Túlfoglalás esetén, vagy ha a lefoglalt szállást és szolgáltatásokat valamilyen okból nem lehet teljesíteni, a Green Stone Apartments vezetősége köteles egy másik szálláslehetőséget biztosítani ugyanazon az áron és feltételek mellett.
Kifizetések és lemondási irányelvek

Foglalásdíj és előleg, fizetési módok.
Bizonyos esetekben foglaláskor 30% előleg megfizetése szükséges.
A befizetés banki átutalással történik a foglalás visszaigazolását követő 3 munkanapon belül.
A bankszámla adatainkat a foglalás pillanatában és a visszaigazoló e-mailben közöljük.
Miután megkaptuk a foglalás adatait, e-mailben elküldjük Önnek az előlegre vonatkozó számla másolatát, amely tartalmazza az összes részletet és az esedékességet.
Kérjük az átutalás megerősítését a [email protected] e-mail címen.
A teljes egyenleg érkezéskor esedékes, és készpénzben, forintban vagy euróban kell fizetni. A Magyar Nemzeti Bank napi devizaárfolyamát alkalmazzuk. Szintén érkezéskor az előlegszámlát és a végső egyenlegszámlat eredeti formában kapja meg.
Különleges helyzetek
Speciális árak vagy promóciók esetén más szabályok is alkalmazhatók. Ezek a különleges szabályok mindig láthatóak a foglalás során.

Idegenforgalmi adó
Normál esetben a foglalási díj nem tartalmazza az "Idegenforgalmi adót" . A bejelentkezéskor további 590 Ft / felnőtt / éjszaka kerül felszámolásra . A "Idegenforgalmi adó" a végső számlán szerepel.
Törlési és módosítási szabályok
A törlések és módosítások kérésre történhetnek. A kérést a „Saját foglalás” menüből lehet benyújtani , a PIN-kód vagy a foglalási visszaigazolás számának használatával .
Standard ár, elő és utószezoni ár vagy bármely más visszatérítendő ár:
Ha 30% előleg befizetésére van szükség, az ingyenes lemondási időszak az érkezés előtt 3 napig tart.
Ha a foglalás lemondása kevesebb mint 3 nappal az érkezés előtt történik, vagy ha a vendég nem jelenik meg, a 30%-os előleg nem kerül visszatérítésre.
Különleges promóció esetén az ingyenes lemondási időszak az érkezés előtt akár 14 vagy 7 nap is lehet. Ebben az esetben, ha a foglalás lemondása kevesebb mint 14 vagy 7 nappal az érkezés előtt történik, vagy ha a vendég nem jelenik meg, a 30 %-os előleg nem kerül visszatérítésre.
Nem visszatéríthető ár:
Ha bármikor visszavonja a foglalását, vagy nem jelenik meg, a 30% -os előleg nem kerül visszafizetésre.

Általános információ

Az összes segélykérő telefonszám kihelyezésre került a szálláshelyen és vészhelyzet esetén használhatók. Ezek a következők: mentők, helyi orvosi segítség, rendőrség, tűzoltók.

Ha a utazás célja üdülés, és az utolsó napján is élvezné a Hungarospa szolgáltatásait, a kijelentkezést követően a rendelkezésre álló helyek alapján továbbra is használhatják a parkolonkat.

Felhívjuk figyelmét, hogy tartózkodása alatt más vendég bejelentkezhet vagy kijelentkezhet.

A ki és bejelentkezés idejeközött elkészítjük az apartmanokat a következő vendég (ek) számára.

A kijelentkezés után elkezdődik a takarítási folyamat, ami magában foglalja a porszívózást is. Előre elnézést kérünk minden lehetséges kellemetlenségért.

Tájékoztatjuk, hogy a Green Stone Apartments személyzete a tisztítás és a karbantartás érdekében a vendég tartózkodása ideje alatt, időről időre megvizsgálja a udvart, a szemetesedényeket, karbantartja a zöldövezetet, gondoskodik a kerthelyiségekről és annak tartózékairol.

Vendégbetegség, haláleset:

A szállás és a szolgáltatás igénybevételének időszakában vendégbetegség esetén, és ha a vezetőség tudatában van ennek, a vezetőség segíteni fog a vendég orvosi segítségének megszerzésében. Ha az orvos fertőző betegséget állapít meg, a vezetőség jogosult a további szolgáltatás megtagadására.

A korai távozás miatt felmerülő további költségeket a vendég viseli.

A vendég betegsége vagy halála esetén a vezetés kártérítést kérhet a pácienstől vagy annak hozzátartozóitól, az elhunyt örököseitől, a vezetés által esetlegesen kifizetett egészségügyi költségekről, a halál előtti szolgáltatások költségéről, az esetleges károkrol.

A vezetés a vendég halálát a szerződéses időszak lejárta előtti távozásnak tekinti, és ebben az esetben a szerződéses időszak hátralévő részére nem tud visszatérítést fizetni a jogutódnak vagy örökösöknek.

Titoktartás:

A vezetésnek meg kell felelnie a 2011. évi CXII. törvénynek, szerződéses kötelezettségeinek teljesítésében, az önrendelkezéshez és az információ szabadságához való joggal, az alkalmazandó joggal és az alkalmazandó adatvédelmi jogszabályokkal összhangban kell eljárnia - és ha a vendég értesítette a szolgáltatót - a vonatkozó belső szabályoknak megfelelően.

Titoktartás a tartózkodás alatt:

Tartózkodása alatt a szálláshely teljes körű titoktartást biztosít, és a Green Stone Apartments személyzete nem fog belépni a szállásba, sem a vendég bent való tartozkodása vagy távoléte ideje alatt.

Háztartási eljárások esetén az eljárásokat megegyezés alapján és csak a vendégek jelenlétében végződnek.

Kivétel: (tűz, vízszivárgás, hatósági kérelem, villamosenergia-szolgáltató beavatkozás vagy hasonló) esetén a Green Stone Apartments vezetőség fent tartja a jogot hogy a főkulcsokat használva behatoljon, és a lehetséges kockázatokat, a veszteségeket és a problémákat minimalizálja, vagy az adott hatóság személyzet a feladataikat elláthássa.

Vis major:

Különleges körülmények (pl. Háború, tűz, árvíz, időjárás, áramszünet, sztrájk stb.) esetén, amelyek felett sem a szolgáltató, sem a vendég vagy a szerződő fél nem ellenőrzi - vis maior - bármely fél mentesül a kötelezettségeik alól ilyen ok vagy körülmény fennállása esetén. A Szerződő Felek megállapodnak abban, hogy minden tőlük telhetőt meg kell tenniük az ilyen okok és körülmények bekövetkezésének minimalizálása, valamint az ebből eredő károk vagy késedelem lehető leghamarabbi orvoslása érdekében.

Panaszok:

A vendégek bármikor panaszt tehetnek észrevételeiről, szóban közvetlenül a Green Stone Apartments személyzete felé, vagy írásban, e-mailben a [email protected] e-mail címen.

A Szerződő Felek és a megkeresett bíróság közötti jogviszonyra alkalmazandó jog:

A szerződő felek közötti jogviszonyokat a Magyar Köztársaság Polgári Törvénykönyvéről szóló 1959. évi IV. Törvény szabályozza - Ptk.

A jelen használati feltételekkel kapcsolatos vitához kapcsolódó peres eljárás lefolytatásához a Szerződő Felek kizárólagos joghatósággal rendelkeznek a Hajdúszoboszlói Városi Bíróság kizárólagos joghatósága alatt, a hatáskör hiányában a kizárólagos joghatósággal a Hajdú-Bihar Megyei Bíróság.

Check-in - Check-out, termeni generali

1. Check-in se efectueazã între orele 14:00 și 20:00. Pe baza disponibilității și în acord cu conducerea, acest interval de timp ar putea fi modificat.
Vă rugăm să informați managementul Green Stone Apartments de ora estimată a sosirii dvs. Puteți folosi căsuța Cereri Speciale la rezervare sau contactați proprietatea în mod direct prin datele de contact furnizate prin e-mailul de confirmare trimis către dvs.
Gazda dvs. vă va întâlni la proprietate pentru a preda cheile și pentru a organiza formalitățile de check-in.
La check-in, toți oaspeții trebuie să prezinte actul de identitate sau pașaportul pentru a îndeplini formalitățile de înregistrare în conformitate cu legislația maghiară.
Aceasta înseamnă că înregistrăm numele oaspeților, adresele, datele și locurile de naștere, precum și numărul de identificare al documentelor din broșura oficială a oaspeților la cazare.
În paralel cu procedura actuală, în conformitate cu legislația în vigoare *, datele personale ale tuturor oaspeților care utilizează servicii de cazare în Ungaria după 1 septembrie 2021, astfel cum sunt definite de lege, la sosire, trebuie să fie înregistrate în registrul electronic de evidență a oaspeților, datele înregistrate sunt trimise în Baza de date cu circuit închis cu informații despre oaspeți (VIZA).
Date de înregistrate: nume și prenume, locul și data nașterii, sexul oaspeților, naționalitate, numele și prenumele de naștere a mamei (dacă sunt incluse în documentul de identificare), nr. de identificare a documentul de călătorie, în cazul unui cetățean al unei țări terțe, nr. vizei sau a permisului de ședere, data și locul de intrare în Ungaria.
Pentru a înregistra datele, oaspetele care beneficiaza de serviciul de cazare trebuie să prezinte furnizorului de cazare actul de identitate personal sau documentul de călătorie (pașaport). În absența prezentării documentului, furnizorul de cazare refuză asigurarea serviciul de cazare.
În baza autorizării legislației, furnizorul de cazare are dreptul să solicite documentul de identitate al oaspetelui, iar oaspetele este obligat să îl prezinte.
Prevederile de mai sus se aplică și copiilor sub 18 ani!
2. Check-out este până la ora 9:00 dimineața.
Pentru a asigura procedurile complete de întreținere, pentru a fi cazat în cele mai bune condiții și pentru a putea găzdui următorul oaspete în aceeași manieră, vă mulțumim pentru respectarea timpului de check-in și check-out.
3. Oaspetele recunoaște răspunderea solidară pentru toate serviciile oferite până la decontarea integrală a facturilor.
4. Oaspeții vor fi trași la răspundere pentru orice pierdere sau deteriorare a camerelor și facilităților cauzate de ei înșiși, de prietenii lor sau de orice persoană pentru care sunt responsabili.
5. Managementul Green Stone Apartments nu este responsabil pentru bunurile dvs. personale și obiecte de valoare precum banii, bijuteriile sau orice alte obiecte de valoare lăsate în camere sau în orice zonă deschisă pe teritoriul proprietății.
6. Recunosc că sunt personal răspunzător pentru plata tuturor costurilor pe care le-am creat în timpul șederii mele.
7. Recunosc că sunt perfect conștient și informat cu privire la oferta de cazare, facilitățile și serviciile incluse pe care le-am rezervat la această proprietate și nu am dreptul să revendic orice alte servicii sau facilități care nu au fost promise.
Menaj

Între check-out și check-in este asigurată o întreținere regulată.
În timpul ședințelor scurte, menajul se face numai la cerere și în situații speciale.
În timpul unei șederi de șapte zile sau mai mult, menajul și schimbarea lenjeriei se efectuează prin comun acord cu oaspetele și numai în prezența acestuia.
În orice caz, serviciul de menaj este oferit gratuit.

Prețuri și promoții

Oaspeții au dreptul să utilizeze toate facilitățile rezervate. Curtea asociată și facilitățile sale (hamac maxim 90 kg, șezlonguri max 90 kg, grătar, loc de foc, duș de grădină) sunt comune celor două apartamente.
Oaspeții au dreptul să utilizeze parcarea gratuită și au obligația de a-și parca autoturismele în așa fel încât parcarea să fie posibilă și pentru ceilalți oaspeți.
Oaspeții au obligația de a proteja integritatea tuturor bunurilor și de a le utiliza conform destinației originale.
Reguli importante de siguranță

Risc de incendiu
Nu lăsați aparatul de aer condiționat în funcțiune în timp ce nu vă aflați la proprietate.
Nu lăsați în funcțiune televizorul, cana electrică, espressorul de cafea, plita de gătit cu inducție, lumină terasă, lumină balcon sau alte aparate electrice în timp ce nu sunteți la proprietate sau în timpul nopții.
Nu lăsați conectate și nesupravegheate în timp ce nu vă aflați la proprietate niciun dispozitiv electronic cum ar fi telefoane inteligente, încărcătoare de baterii, uscătoare de păr, dispozitive de îndreptat a părul, laptop, tabletă, camere foto și altele similare.
Pentru fumat utilizați doar zonele desemnate și nu lăsați nesupravegheate țigarete aprinse.
Nu faceți grătar, nu gătiți cu foc deschis, cu aragaz privat de camping, sub acoperișul extins al terasei, pe terase sau pe balcon.
Protecția proprietății și a bunurilor personale
Întotdeauna închideți apartamentul și poarta cu cheile furnizate, când părăsiți proprietatea și pe durata nopții.
Nu lăsați niciun bun de valoare pe terasă, pe balcon sau în curte, în timp ce nu sunteți la proprietate sau în timpul nopții.
Nu aruncați obiecte în toaletă. Este permisă numai hârtia igienică.
Copii
Nu lăsați copiii fără supraveghere pe scări, terase sau balcon.
Animalele de companie: animalele de companie nu sunt permise din motive de igienă și de sănătate (alergii).
Petrecerile nu sunt permise. În cazul grupurilor, nu sunt permise comportamentul sau modul de manifestarea care ar perturba liniștea celorlalți oaspeți, oaspeții din locațiile de cazarea învecinate și celor care locuiesc în cartier.

Mereu ne întâmpinăm personal oaspeții și prezentăm în detaliu locația de cazare și facilitățile sale, astfel fiind mai ușoară și rapidă acomodarea la noul mediu.
Nu solicităm un depozit de siguranță! La momentul de check-in, vom furniza in scris, toate informații cu privire la regulile de utilizare a unității de cazare, care include măsurile concepute pentru a menține siguranța oaspeților noștri, siguranța proprietății și dotărilor acesteia.
După informarea și acceptarea termenilor de utilizare, oaspetele care face rezervarea declară și semnează că:
A luat la cunoștință și este de acord cu termenii de utilizare, distribuind informațiile cu toți membrii familiei sau grupului.
În timpul șederii, își asumă responsabilitatea pentru utilizarea atentă a tuturor echipamentelor și facilităților din unitatea de cazare și informează proprietarul în caz de daune sau pierderi.
De asemenea, va fi răspunzător pentru eventualele daune și va achita compensații pentru orice pagubă cauzată de el însuși, ori orice membru al familiei sau grupului prezent în unitatea de cazare.

În orice caz, persoanele minore nu pot fi cazate fără supravegherea unei persoane adulte.
În caz de abatere comportamentală sau în caz de încălcare a regulilor de siguranță și a prezentului regulament, Managementul Green Stone Apartments își rezervă dreptul să rezilieze orice rezervare aferentă fără nicio restituire și dacă este necesar, să raporteze situația autorităților locale.
Managementul Green Stone Apartments are obligația de a asigura toate serviciile pe care le promovează.
În caz de suprasolicitare sau dacă, din orice motiv, cazarea și serviciile rezervate nu pot fi onorate, Managementul Green Stone Apartments are obligația de a asigura o altă cazare alternativă la același preț și condiții.
Plăți și politică de anulare

Rezervare taxe și depozite, metode de plată.
În momentul rezervării este necesar un depozit de 30% din suma totală a rezervării.
Plata depozitului trebuie efectuată prin transfer bancar în următoarele 3 zile lucrătoare de la confirmarea rezervării.
Detaliile contului bancar vă sunt comunicate în e-mailul de confirmare a rezervării.
După ce primim datele dvs. de rezervare, vă vom trimite prin e-mail o copie a facturii de depozit, care conține toate detaliile și data scadenței.
După ce se efectuează transferul, trebuie să confirmați plata prin trimiterea unui e-mail către [email protected] .
Soldul integral este datorat la ora sosirii și trebuie plătit în numerar în HUF sau EURO. Se va aplica schimbul valutar de zi cu zi al Băncii Naționale a Ungariei. La ora sosirii veți primi factura de depozit și factura de sold final în original.
Alte modalități de plată a depozitului și soldului final: Revolut, PayPal!
Notă importantă: Green Stone Apartments întotdeauna elibereaza o factură legală pentru toate plățile efectuate!
Situații speciale
În cazul ratelor sau promoțiilor speciale, pot fi aplicate alte reguli. Aceste reguli speciale sunt întotdeauna vizibile în timpul procesului de rezervare.

Taxa de turism
In conditii normale taxa de rezervare nu include "Taxa de turism". La check-in se va percepe o sumă suplimentară de 590 HUF (aprox. 1,60 EURO) / adult / noapte . „Taxa turistică“ va fi mentionata pe factura finală.
Politica de anulare și modificare
Anulările și modificările se pot face la cerere. O solicitare poate fi trimisă din meniul "Rezervările mele" , folosind numărul de PIN sau numărul de confirmare a rezervării .
Tarif standard, Off Season sau alte rate rambursabile:
În cazul în care se solicită un avans de 30%, perioada de anulare gratuită este de 3 zile înainte de sosire.
În cazul în care rezervarea este anulată cu mai puțin de 3 zile înainte de sosire sau în caz de neprezentare, avansul de 30 % nu va fi rambursat.
În cazul unei anumite promoții, perioada de anulare gratuită poate fi de chiar 14 sau 7 zile înainte de sosire. În acest caz, dacă rezervarea este anulată cu mai puțin de 14 sau 7 zile înainte de sosire sau în caz de neprezentare, avansul de 30 % nu va fi rambursat.
Rată nerambursabilă:
Dacă anulați rezervarea dvs. în orice moment sau în caz de neprezentare, depozitul de 30% nu va fi rambursat.

Toate numerele de urgență sunt afiște în camerele de cazare și în caz de urgență pot fi folosite. Acestea sunt: ambulanța, asistența medicală locală, poliția, pompierii.
În cazul în care scopul dvs. de ședere este o vacanță și sunteți interesat să vă bucurați și de ultima zi la Hungarospa, după check-out sunteți bineveniți să vă păstrați mașinile în parcarea noastră, în funcție de disponibilitate.
Vă rugăm să fiți informat că în timpul sejurului dvs. alți oaspeții pot face check-in sau check-out.
Între ora de check-out și check-in vom pregăti apartamentul (ele) pentru oaspeții următori.
După check-out procesul de menaj va începe și acest lucru va implica și curățarea prin aspirație.
Ne cerem scuze în avans pentru orice posibil inconvenient.
Vă rugăm să fiți informat că în timpul șederii dvs. în scopuri de curățenie și întreținere, personalul Green Stone Apartments va verifica din când în când curtea, coșurile de gunoi, va menține spațiile verzi, va aranja sau va proteja de ploaie accesoriile de grădină, va oferi lemn de foc dacă este necesar etc.
Caz de înbolnăvire sau deces:
În caz de boală în timpul perioadei de utilizare a cazării și a serviciilor, iar dacă managementul este înștiințat de acest lucru, managementul va ajuta la obținerea asistenței medicale pentru oaspeți. Dacă medicul stabilește o boală infecțioasă, managementul are dreptul de a refuza furnizarea ulterioarelor servicii.
Orice costuri suplimentare rezultate din plecarea anticipată sunt suportate de oaspeți.
În caz de boală sau decesul oaspetelui, managementul solicită rambursarea de la pacient sau de la rudele sale, moștenitorul decedatului, eventualele costurile medicale suportate de unitatea de cazare, costul serviciilor prestate înainte de deces, sau orice prejudiciu cauzat proprietății.
Managementul consideră decesul oaspetelui drept o plecare înainte de expirarea perioadei contractuale și în acest caz nu are obligația să ramburseze moștenitorului legal sau moștenitorilor costul perioadei contractuale restante.
Confidențialitatea:
Managementul se conformează legislației CXII din 2011 a Republicii Ungare, în îndeplinirea obligațiilor contractuale, dreptul la autodeterminare și libertatea de informare, acționează în conformitate cu legea aplicabilă și cu legile aplicabile privind protecția datelor - și dacă oaspetele a notificat furnizorul de servicii - în conformitate cu normele interne relevante ale acestuia.
Confidențialitate în timpul sejurului:

În cazul procedurilor de menaj suplimenter, procedurile se vor face doar prin acord și numai în prezența ospetelui.
În caz de Forță Majoră (incendiu, scurgeri, solicitări ale autorităților, personalul furnizorului de energie electrică sau orice altceva similar), managementul Green Stone Apartments are dreptul să utilizeze cheile principale și să intre în locație pentru a minimiza riscurile posibile, elentualele pierderi, pentru a elimina problemele sursă sau să lase personalul autorității specifice să-și exercite atribuțiile.
Forță majoră:
În cazul unor circumstanțe speciale (de exemplu, război, incendiu, inundații, intemperii, căderi de curent, grevă etc.) asupra cărora nici furnizorul de servicii, nici oaspetele sau contractorul nu au control - forța majoră - părțile sunt scutite de obligațiile care le revin în temeiul acestui contract până când o astfel de cauză sau circumstanță există. Părțile contractante sunt de acord să depună toate eforturile necesare pentru a minimiza apariția unor astfel de cauze și împrejurări și pentru a remedia daunele sau întârzierile rezultate cât mai curând posibil.
Reclamații:
Oaspeții pot face o plângere cu privire la observațiile lor în orice moment, adresându-se verbal direct personalului Green Stone Apartments sau în formă scrisă prin e-mail la adresa [email protected]
Legea aplicabilă relației juridice dintre părțile contractante și instanța competentă:
Relația juridică dintre părțile contractante este reglementată de Actul IV din 1959 privind Codul Civil al Republicii Ungare Act - Ptk.
Pentru soluționarea litigiilor legate de acest contract, părțile contractante declină competența exclusivă a Tribunalului orașului Hajdúszoboszló aflat sub jurisdicția Curții de Justiție și în absența acesteia, competența exclusivă a Judecătoriei județului Hajdu-Bihar.
