Tourist Tax
Tourist Tax: 750 HUF/night/adult. Children under 18 years old are exempted from the tourist tax.

Prices for children
Children under 3 years old are free of charge. Above 12 years old are considered adults! Children under 18 years old are exempted from the tourist tax!
In the High Season period (21.06 - 31.08) the prices are per apartment regardless of the age and the number of guests.

Pets
pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons and health (allergies).

Parties are not allowed.

In the case of groups, is not allowed manifestation that would disturb the other guests, guests in neighboring accommodations, and those living in the neighborhood.

- Started at 10 PM, only discreet conversations and behavior are possible, respecting other guests, guests in the neighboring accommodation, and those living in the neighborhood.

- We always welcome our guests in person. We present the accommodation and its amenities in detail, increasing the feeling of comfort and making it easier for our guests to accommodate quickly in the new environment.

- We don’t ask for a safety deposit! At check-in time, we provide written information regarding the entire usage policy of the accommodation.

- After informing and accepting the usage policy, the guest making the reservation declares and signs that: 

• has acknowledged and agreed to the terms of use
• will share that information with all members of the family or group
• during the stay, assumes responsibility for the careful handling of all equipment and amenities in the property, 
• and informs the owner in case of damage or loss.

- Shall also be liable for any damage and compensation for any damage caused by any family members, group members, or other persons present on the spot.

- It also accepts liability for damages and compensation for damage resulting from such behavior which, would prevent the upcoming guests from check-in.
