How is Hungarospa in Hajduszoboszlo preparing to reopen?

The Hungarian Tourism Agency has issued a Covid-19 manual for spa operators, and the National Center for Public Health has drawn up a recommendation on “operation, hygiene conditions and control of public baths during the COVID-19 epidemic”, which makes proposals for reopening.
Hungarospa will comply with the following recommended measures for the safety of its guests from the reopening of the open-air bath on May 29:
- Limiting and maintaining the simultaneous capacity for the entire spa area and pools. According to the recommendation, the area for relaxation on the beaches should be 16 m2 / person, the maximum space in the pools should be 4 m2 / person.
- Outdoor pools can be operated with personal supervision, the distance between the persons should be at least 1.5 meters.
- Suspension of the operation of filling-emptying (medicinal water) pools.
- Strict adherence to and control of water treatment regulations for water circulating pools (chlorine level, ph) every 2 hours.
- Observe the required pre- and post-shower before and after entering the pool.
- Disinfections of pool railings every 30 minutes
- Strict adherence to and control of the operating regulations of mechanical and water treatment systems, with special regard to ventilation equipment.
- When sunbeds are placed, it must be ensured that there is a distance of at least 1.5 m between guests not living in the same household.
- Full compliance with the required cleaning instructions when maintaining the hygienic condition of common areas, changing rooms, showers, swimming pools, other surfaces, foot washes.
- A protection distance of 1.5 meters must be maintained at queuing locations (ticket offices, entry points)
- Providing protective equipment for employees (mask, gloves).
- Suspension of the operation of water attractions and experience elements.
- Slides may be in operation, care must be taken to keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters between those standing in line.
Further measures implemented by Hungarospa:
- body temperature checks on entry
- permanent medical care
- slippers are mandatory
- ensuring hand hygiene, placing virucidal liquid soap in washbasins
- prioritization of online pre-ticketing.
There will be information boards at the entrances about the epidemiological measures, and guests will be informed online and through the public address system.
